Committees
Life Long Faith Formation Overview
Adult Formation Committee - A subcommittee of Lifelong Faith Formation Committee, serves to advise and support faith formation programs for adults. Also involved in planning the parish mission and developing intergenerational events for the entire parish community. Meets as needed throughout the year.
Child & Youth Ministry Committee - Subcommittee of LifelongFaith Formation Committee, serves to advise and support religious education and formational programs for our children and teens. Meets as needed.
Adoration- Available Tuesday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Sign up for a specific time to pray or visit during these hours.
Appalachia Mission Trip - Accompany a small group of teens on service oriented trip one week in summer. Work with youth in groups over several months in preparation for the trip.
Baptism Preparation - Help facilitate formation session for parents planning a baptism.
Cenacle Book Store - Assist in operation of parish bookstore: purchasing books, sales and accounting.
Christ Among Us Events Team - Assists in the planning and implementation of Lifelong Faith formation events for the entire parish. All parishionerschildren, teens, young adults, and single, married or widowed men and women are invited to participate. The events include a presentation about our faith, prayer and activities for all ages and a simple meal.
Vocations Committee- Promote vocation awareness within our parish. Meets one hour quarterly. Additional small projects may be required.
