Administrative Services & Finance Overview
Budget Subcommittee
Makes recommendations to the Parish Council concerning all aspects of parish financial and budget matters, personnel and upkeep of physical plant. Meets six times a year with additional meetings scheduled as needed. Nominations to the committee are received in spring.
Personnel Subcommittee
Involved in main training the handbook for parish personnel and related matters.
Building & Grounds Subcommittee
Involves the supervision of the physical conditions of parish property, its maintenance and upkeep.
St. Eugene School Educational Endowment Advisory Board
Advise the directors of the fund in ways to invest funds and disperse proceeds for the support of school operations, maintenance, capitol requirements and continued existence. Members serve a 3 year term.

Spring Clean Up-. Annual grounds,.qandscaping day held on a Sunday in May: clean up, planting, pruning, etc.
Gardening- "Adopt" a flowerbed on parish grounds and maintain it through the growing season.
